Governance

 

The current MVC Constitution came into effect following a member vote at the 2013 Annual General Meeting.

 

A range of policies covers daily MVC operations, these are continuously reviewed to ensure MVC operates effectively and adopts best practice.  In addition MVC supports, and has adopted, the Swimming Australia Ltd. Member Welfare Policy, Child Welfare Policy and Codes of Conduct.

 

MVC is committed to upholding principles of fairness, respect, responsibility and safety for all swimmers, coaches, staff, officials, families and spectators.
Breaches of policies and guidelines will be addressed according to procedures contained within the relevant document.
